keeping urls the same after disabling vbseo.

I have to ditch vbseo, and I don't want to reindex million+ URLs, (well, google doesnt), does vb4 allow custom (seo friendly) URL format, from what it seems like, it only gives you about 4 options, I just want to keep my URLs the same after disabling vbseo, is this possible?
