How do you turn off copying links/pictures per user

In VB4 i can click on say a webpage and copy everything with links/images all copied in one go, how do i turn this on/off per user

That's a function of the browser. Using scripts to defeat the right click is kind of pointless. There are just too many ways to get a screen dump. It's just the nature of the beast.
