Maximum Displayed Threads Before Page Split
 

Hello Everyone,

Based off of.... not exactly as:

I've been searching for a vb 4X mod that allows uses to override the "Maximum Displayed Threads Before Page Split". The admin setting is found in the "Forum Display Options (forumdisplay)". This mod allows the user to select how many threads that they want displayed in a forum. The end result would be found in the forum itself and there the user could choose something like, 5, 10, 15, 20, 100, etc threads to be viewed in a forum from a drop down box.

Does this mod exist for vb 4X?

If not, does anyone want to create it or update the existing one to work as explained?

That mod should actually work fine on VB4... it's a bit of a pain to install but if you follow the instructions it should work.

The only problem is that I want users to be able to select the number of threads to display while in the forum itself and not have to go to their profile settings to make that decision beforehand.

This way they can make those changes on the fly depending on the forum.
