Nice logo,
background shouldnt be hotlinked as your is doing http://i.imgur.com/8MH7N.jpg but uploaded to your own server and the quality is a bit poor and the fact you can only see a little bit of it :/

Cool logo, but I think the logo should flow with the rest of the header.

Question, how did you add the YouTube and Twitter thing on the navbar?

Just add a couple of <li>'s in the navbar template..
