Using RSS Feed inside Widget

I am having a hard time trying to get an RSS feed inside a widget.

For example:

insiderFootball insider

uses Pheebo. I am trying to get this feed inside a widget and what I thought was simple cannot get it to work. I have enabled outside rss in VB options. What am I missing or doing wrong?
