Moderate for the expert moderators
 

I need advice now when our forum is growing. We have experts answering questions in threads. Today they get, as moderators, an email for every thread and posts in their fora.

We want a rutin when one moderator can moderate all new threads and post and then SHARE/NOTICE the expert of only those thread/posts that need their attantion. The expert must be noticed with an email, one per post/thread.

The first moderator only moderate new threads. Once it's been approved the expert moderators shall automaticly get all notifications about new posts in that approved thread.

The expert must also have moderators rights.

I'm sure this is a pretty common rutin in bigger forums and that it's just us whom didn't figure it out yet. :)
