Keyboard shortcuts to post?

Hi are there any keyboard shortcuts that can be used in quick reply?
Previously in vb3, a user could type in a quick reply, press tab, press enter and a post was made.
Now in vb4 they cant.
Is there anyway to implement keyboard shortcuts such as [ctrl]+[e] to post?
