is there any plugin with who i can make backup from all files, and styles etc

and how can i enable download styles, i cant see that option

Eh, it should be right there above that block. Can't imagine why it's missing. Try re-uploading your admincp and your include/xml folders.

right now i dont have server permision

can somehow reupload od add some addon to have download option

so any other way to manualy backup the style

No, that's the only way to do it. There's no add on because it's a built in feature. If you don't have server permission you need someone who can give it to you, or get the server admin to do so.
