page titles issue

maybe i'm missing something here, but i'd like to choose the page titles (speaking of what the browser displays on the top bar), i don't like titles as the front page or just the forum name... is there a way to edit the main sections titles or they have to be dynamic?.. maybe some mysql queries could help..
