Create a database and display on vbulletin

I would appreciate it if some one could point me in the right direction.
I would like to create and add a tab on my vbulletin 4 forum that would receive data from a bot and display it
Something similar to this site: http://toshley.net/bcp/channel/Clan+Auth
I dont want to rely on toshley anymore and would like this data on my own site
