Header background color

Hello,

I`m not sure if is background .. but chack atachment.
I want same color in position 2 as it is in area number 1, can be done? how?

The gray is the default doc_background. The blue is the default header_background.
In the stylevars, doc_background is in Commons. Header_background is under Header.
Get the color code for the doc_background and replace the header_background with that.
