Automatic location detector ?

I am using country flags on my forum, but many users lie about their location. It is too tiresome to check all users' IP address and rectify their location. It would be nice to have a script that automatically detect the user's location through the IP address and assign the appropriate country flag automatically. Is that feasible on vB4 ?
