Rating mod (a poll, but not a poll!)
 

Is there a mod in existence that allows users to provide ratings on a number of things in a single hit, in my case ratings for player performance in a sports team.

What it would need to do is...

Allow the initiator/thread starter to create something very similar to a poll - they'd list the name of all players to be rated - generally no more than 20 differing values would need to be entered.

Each user who wishes to complete the ratings, would be required to provide a score, in my case an integer value from 1-10, for each and every option listed.

Submit will make sure that a value has been entered for each and every option listed. If any options have been missed the user will be prompted to have another go.

As happens for polls, users will be able to see the scores to date, ideally this will display the average score received for each option, eg if option 1 has had 10 votes totalling 90, 9 will be displayed. If option 2 has had 10 votes totalling 56 then 5.6 will be displayed.
