We recently converted to vB 3.8 :P
We are currently using the default skin, but I'll be making a new skin shortly.

Thoughts on my site?

So..... what exactly are we reviewing since it's about 99% default at the moment?

There is now a custom theme.
You could also review the layout, theme, banner, etc.

I like the banner. i think it fits the default vbulletin well. On that note, i think custom icons would be a great addition.

It's not default at all. I think he just meant in terms of structure as far as it still looking quite tableish off the bat. Nowadays (even though i love vB3 and use it on various personal websites) we try and free up vB3 from it's tableish design with some further customizations to more than just header and footer.

Aside from that, i imagine a pokemon forum just a bit more visually pleasing.

Colors are nice, some more purple would be cool too. And i like the cleanliness of it, but it can use some more "pokemon-styled" designs and a bit more of a web 2.0 look in general.
