How can I finf a Partial IP address to Country

I'm getting alot of spammers from Thailand lately. What I want know is how do I find out which countries are within a range for their IP address.

Example, my spammer is from these address:
182.52.13.191
182.52.13.176
182.52.12.202

So how do I find out all the countries with IP's range 182.0.0.0 thru 182.255.255.255 ?? (for example).

Try this:

It seems like with that one you must know the country 1st. It seems like you must select Thailand (for example), and then it gives you their range.

Suppose I don't know the country, and I want to see what counties are within a certain range.
Example:
182.0.0.0
thru
210.255.255.255

I know this would like thousands of countries, but it's just an example
What I don't want to do is block 182. only to find that the US, UK, or Australia are located in that range.

Here is another example for Thailand. I can see that 182.52.0.0 thru 182.53.255.255 are all from Thailand. But lets say I want to see 182.0.0.0 through 181.50.95.255, which county is 182.0.0.0 through 182.50.80.0 ?

182.50.80.0 - 182.50.95.255
182.52.0.0 - 182.53.255.255

Is there a way on the link you sent to do this?

I'm not sure if theres going to be an easy way to do that. You've probably gotta do a two step method.

First find the country of your spammers using just about any simple WHOIS will return that.

Then you can get an entire country IP range http://www.countryipblocks.net/

But you should probably be warned that spammers IP changes just like anyone elses, so you might want to be careful blocking entire countries by ip address
