Store CSS Stylesheets as Files?

i'm working on my new style | and it's fully depends on CSS :)

so i'm don't use (CSS Stylesheets) as File

is it better than depends on css.php (internal use) or not ?

and What is useful of using Stylesheets as Files !

Storing stylesheets as files allows the users browser to cache them decreasing page speed load time.
