centering header

Yes, I've used search, but it seems each question gets a different answer. This is my forum, www.huntingarkansas.net, how do I get the header logo to center? I tried changing <td align="$stylevar[left] to <td align="$stylevar[center] but it did not change so I changed it back to left.
