Any mod for vb3.8.x

like guests need to donate some x amount to register. ?

Why would some one pay to become a member of a forum?

personal opinion not see any reason to pay someone to register any site (many sites is free access or simple registration or pay can download something is free.

I'd say it whether or not it's a good idea depends on your forum. I think most forums want to have as many members as possible so it's not a good idea. But if you have something that people will pay for and can't get anywhere else then it could work. I can think of a few examples of that.

Anyway, there's a mod for that but it's for vb4. [S]I don't think there's one for vb3.[/S] (See below). But (as you probably know) you can set up your forum with a "Registered User" group that can't really see anything, then use the existing paid subscriptions.

There is a 3.x version... it is suffixed with -legacy. ><

I could see why a person would want something like this but I would do it with subscriptions after they register.
