Is there a CMS Guide?
 
I don't know where to start? It just doesn't make sense to me how to create it. Why are there weird videos & articles about Tokyo. I have been trying to figure this out and it and I don't know where to begin.

The best advise I can give is to just play around with it on your test site. You shouldn't be able to screw things up too bad, and you can always just import the backup again there.
