Status icons for an anime website
 

I can't seem to find a way to keep the transparent background when I reduce these chibi's to icon size. To keep from getting wordy here's a link to the thread I made at my place a while back. http://animeappeal.com/showthread.ph...ighlight=chibi

Have you tried Paint.NET?

Granted they don't seem to scale too well, I'm sure better results can be achieved with playing around. :)

No sure haven't.
Yeah considering how big they are to start with I have to agree they don't scale down well at all. But thanks just the same for what you did.

Making an unequalled image equal does tend to make the images look totally different!

If you use the height as your max, the size of the lower size in width shouldnt matter and still look ok!
