It runs off a iPBoard and I'm looking for a skin that resembles that one.

Anyway I dont think I've seen anything similar in vBulletin's world. Though it wouldn't be to hard to convert that skin from the looks of things.

The base skin is Splat. The rest is custom coding.
Splat appears to be just some simple color changes. You can copy the setup using the style generator or if you don't want to bother with that gizmo do it by hand.
