Which hook to moderate posts when they are created?

I want to moderate posts that have special keywords in it.

#1 Which hook can I use for this?
#2 How can I tell vbulletin to moderate this post?

Thanks so much for any ideas.

You can use hook newpost_process, and if you want to set the post to moderated, do this:
