i've done something wrong in the forum and i can't fix it i'd like that guests are able to see my forum. can you help about this situation?

I'm getting a 404 error. Look close at the url info.

He has a :confused: at the end of his url. The actual url is:
http://www.teknomekani.com/forum/

I can see the site just fine.

It's pulling the smilie in as part of the url in the link. There's no space between the two.
Your version of the link works fine.
