Ban Users, guest and Spider to see a forum
 
Can a mod be made to ban any of those usergroups all any usergroup you want on the forum to not be able to log or see from a particular forum?

If you make spiders a different usergroup than guests you are asking for trouble from Google. Google requires its spider see the same exact content anyone clicking on your link from google would see so they need to have the same permissions.

Everything else can be controlled by the built in permissions in usergroup manager and/or forum permissions.
