Avant Browser Toplinks Login Error CSS

Anyone else notice this? In the Avant Browser the toplinks are not aligned to the top of the page. They stay below the logo before and after login.

In IE, Firefox, Opera, Chrome. It works fine.

Anyone know the CSS to fix?
