How do Get Members to Change their Password When they log in.

Yes, Hi My name is Danny i wanted to know
How do Get Members to Change their Password When they log in.
Reason why i want them to change their password is due to hacking reasons and i want my site safe and secured and i wanted everybody to change their password once in a while if you guys can tell me how to add this through admincp or if its a plugin thanks.
Or Can Link me to plugin or Hack.

go to admincp / edit usergroup

Password Expiry (If you specify a number of days here, users will be required to change their password when this amount of time elapsed since they last changed)
