How do you get a mainforum and the sub-forums to under it ?

I just started a new vb4 site my forums look like this

http://www.collegefootballforum.info....php?styleid=2

How do you get them to look like this ???

So my forum would replace "MAIN CATEGORY" they have in black with "ACC"

Then under that would be links for each ACC team then the next block would be another Conference.

Ok let's get clear on what you want first. Go to www.animeappeal.com and click on the Wiki Links forum. Not the navbar button, the forum itself. When the subforum opens pick one that has some content.
Is that the format you want?
