Double post problem

After you post, the 'please wait 20 second to post' error gets returned even though you have only posted once and if you post again, it double posts. Any idea whats wrong and how to fix it?

Try disabling your modifications/plugins and see if you still have this problem.
Note: To temporarily disable the plugin system, edit includes/config.php and add this line right under <?php

well, no, but maybe it's a problem in the usergroups settings -> time how long a post is counted as doubble post.

Did you do what Lynne suggest and disable hooks?

Have you tried on a default theme as well?
