Welcome pm doesnt' get sent
 
Anyone else have this problem where welcome pm just doesn't get sent to new registered users? or.. anyone have a solution to this problem?

For new users, in AdminCP > Settings > Options > default options, do you have Receive Private Messages enabled? And, do you allow new users to receive PMs?

Receive Private Messages is checked.

Is your welcome PM totally default or have you edited it in any way? Are other PMs getting sent/received OK?
