What are you up-loading?
Where are you up-loading it to?
What doesn't work?

Well, I try to upload it at the place that I am suppose to. It don't work for any Mod either.

Upload... it? What is an it? Please be specific so we can help out. Also, how are you going about uploading 'it' - exactly what are you doing? Post a link to what you downloaded also. We need specifics or we can't help.

If you are talking about mods, they need to be imported, not just uploaded. There is usually an install or readme file with the zips.
