Legend Fieldset Stylevar or css

In vb3 the fieldset was fairly easy to set. But Im having a heck of a time finding it in vb4

Anyone know how to remove edit the fieldset as in the photo below? Thanks.

So I can find the Fieldset css using firebug but I looked at every single stylevar and every css file I could find and still no luck. Is it set in one of the php files?

Disregard or delete I found it. It was the awards mod messing with it in a plugin.
