Custom Field search block

Hi,

I am making a gaming website, when people register they select their game server via a custom field.

I am look for a module/block would that allow someone to select one of the pre-defined servers and show the username/avatar of everyone that selected it in the custom field in their profile. Is there something that is all ready available or would anyone be able to help me with this request.
