Custom dropdown in title? Is there a mod that does this?
 
For example here:
https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/newthread...ewthread&f=112

The prefix dropdown box like that, but also so it appears in the title.

vBulletin Prefix's will appear in the title (if selected), by default, in vBulletin 4.

Is there a way to modify it so its bold an has a hyphen afterwards, or parenthesis around them

Add the appropriate markup around the prefix when creating or editing it.. (rich text)
