vb.org Archive - Image Alt Tags Help

First I run a photography based forum and have areas that I want to be able to allow the SEO for those images by Google. I'm using vb 4.15 currently, and I need some help on this as I tried to search on Google for this and came up with a blank so I thought what better place to ask the question than in here.

What I'm looking for is what code do I need so that the SEO finds the image and title of the first thread if that is possible, or steer me in the right direction.

And second where is that code to be placed.

This is driving me crazy trying to figure this out, and I hope that someone will be able to make this clear to me, as has stumped me.

Thanks in advance, and I would appreciate this very much if someone could help me here.
