how to change new topic TEXT to IMAGE?

Hello friends,

How can I change the new topic / reply TEXT to a IMAGE?

For example, this:

Shouldn't that just be an image file that you can change yourself, although I would recommend using the same h x w of the image, you don't want awful page twist. hope ti helped
