Listing "Most Popular" Blogs in latest order

Hello,

In this page:
https://www.vbulletin.com/forum/blog.php

in the side bar column, clicking the "Most popular" lists the popular blogs but the blog entries as early as Jan '09 is getting displayed. Can we make the Popular blogs to be listed such that the latest popular ones comes first.
