Wondering if anyone could help me out and let me know what conditionals I would use for a few things:

Make a forum block show for everyone but one group?
I take it I would have to make a copy of the block_html template and name it block_html_2 or something and put the additional code in there

Make a forum block unable to be collapsed?
I know it must be something like the one above, but no idea what.

Make the sidebar unable to collapse for everyone but a few groups?
No idea whatsoever here...
