Whats Going on?

Hi all I am having prolems with the WGO stats which are not updating correctly, specifically the newest member section. I have gone through all of the forum options to no avail. I have added a widget for the forum stats which is picking up the newest members correctly. So does anyone have any ideas what could be stopping the updates in WGO?

I would be grateful for any support offered.

Which vB 4 version are you using? Do you have any modifications that could be conflicting with it? Do you use a cache? Which widget are you using? The widget may be querying the database directly, while vB itself uses a cache typically for user stats, etc.

The VB version is 4.1.4. I have turned off any potentially problematic mods i.e. vsa advanced forum stats. there are no other mods I can see that would conflict. I added the widget at the same time I posted here so that would not conflict. I have not been using a cache at all so that rules out that one. This is the widget I am using https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthrea...m+stats+widget.

help is greatly appreciated

Since posting this thread the Widget now does not update either. I have been pulling my hair out (well what I have left). Can anyone suggest a reason for this happening! As mentioned before I have turned off all widgets and addon's to test without success!

Without even a link to the forum what are we supposed to do - guess?

FWIW, I use that widget too, and I know the one in the first post isn't the best, but it shouldn't stop anything in WGO from working.
