How do I edit the misc.php rules pages and make more like it?
 
Hello everyone,

I have been stuggling at this for day so please help? Where is the documentation to makes pages as https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/info.php?do=about and how do you edit http://www.motorcycletalk.com/misc.php?do=showrules. I have been strugglin with this for days? I like the way the link in changed to info.php and also like the nice left hand menu on the vbulletin.org page. But how or where do you ed this and add more pages?
