Help with sock puppets.
 
There is a group of users on my forum that I'm 99% sure are creating sock puppets in order to start drama, talk smack, etc. It was funny at first but now they're starting to post personal information of other users and other immature things. I did an IP search and I was able to discover some of their puppets, but they are all on DSL so flushing and renewing their IP is easy.

What, if anything can I do to discover or shut off these puppets? I am at wit's end and now they're starting to undermine my forum and I'm losing members every day because of them. I can't ban their IP because of the DSL issue. Do I have any other options?

Did you discover the global ignore list feature yet?
