NavTabMenu under Home Tab
 

I am adding a section but it doesn't show up under the HOME Tab
Front Page Documentation NewsFoodTravel Video Games

1) Where do I need to set this the section to appear in the NavTab Menu?

2) How to add a generic link in NavTab Menu ?

Check out the vB4 Articles section. There are articles on how to add navtabs and how to add to the submenu.

Nothing at Articles section to add another link to a submenu. There is an article for creating the Nav Link tab along with all the submenus. Lynne states " Again, if all you want is to add submenus to an existing tab, then this article is NOT for you!!!"
