Show last Post by Date and Clickable
 

Hey I'm looking for a code where I can modify to show last post by date and then user can click on that and it will take him to last post posted in that forum but show last post by date instead of it's title.. the following website is using it currently

www.krazycommunity.com

Also if someone can tell how to show categories in rows like that website..
