Deleting RSS FB, Twitter on homepage

I have vb 4 and I want to delete the icons on the home screen (facebook,Twitter, Rss)
Does anyone know where to find the settings, or code to delete these.

Since that is more than likely from a modification, you would have to remove whatever that modification is
