a guide on moving a forum
 
Hi does anyone know if the is a guide on moving a forum from one domain name to another.

My site is currently on www.penaltychargesforum.co.uk I want to move it to www.theconsumersforum.co.uk but am worried about the links trying to go back to www.penaltychargesforum.co.uk

Just do a redirect, as for the internal links in the posts, I think you should use the HTML cleaner. It should do the work.

You should be fine as long as you change the forum url in AdminCP > Settings > Options > site name/url/etc

However, if users have links in their posts that point to your old domain, then they will still point there.
