Where would I put this for the AdminCP?
 
I'm looking to put a simple line of text and a link in the index page of the AdminCP (Login page). Basically, I'd like to have a line of text underneath the login box for the AdminCP that states, "To return to the homepage, click HERE." Why? Since it's the default page that it takes you to after logging out of the adminCP, I thought why not make it easy for my admins and do this for them. Where would I put it?

Maybe I'm not getting what you want to do, but there's already a link to the site index page on both the adminCP login page (the forum name is a link), and at the upper right of the page in the adminCP ("Forum Home Page").
