my "bold" icon dissapeared in the editor

Hi,
I have reported this to vb.com but with no luck. My problem is, "BOLD" icon is not showing up at advanced editor. I see "italic" and "underline" but not "bold". Is there something that I might have set to?

Did you try disabling all plugins and using a default style?
