can some body give me the thread starter mod!

please can someone give me the link to it I can't seem to find it either that or I'm going blind.

Since you haven't even described what it does, it is very unlikely someone will be able to give you a link. I suggest you use the search box in the upper right corner yourself to find it.

it's obviouse what it does by the name but I'll explain further it adds thread starters to the top of ever section on your site and you can add stickied threads to your sections you can add a rules thread to to a specific section and so on and so on heres an example of some thread starters.

I guess it wasn't obvious to me since that isn't a hack - that is default vbulletin.
