vBulletin v4.1.4 threads aren't opening

here is the link of my forum , whenever i open any thread or click on any post .. its link appear in the link bar but i remain on the main page of forum..
kindly help me

second problem is that whenever i login .. i get this error

I have turned off the forum .. until it get fixed

1. You have turned the forums off - turn them back on in the ACP Options.

2. You are accessing as nvgamers.com, but the forum url must be set as www.nvgamers.com, so the redirect check is failing. You should still actually be logged in ok.

I have turned on the forum but still same problem

What do you have in AdminCP > Settings > Options > Site Name/URL/etc > Forum URL? that should be something like:
http://www.yoursite.com

There should be no "/" at the end and no index.php at the end.
