vBulletin 3.8.x search box like v4.x

One thing I like about vBulletin 4.x is the search box. Someone can just go to your forum, type in the box and search. In vBulletin 3.8.x you have to click the Search dropdown which is an extra step.

How can I have a v4.x style search box on my site?
