Well, if you mean any other SEO's out there, there are quite a few.

There's Zoints SEO, theres YABBSEO which personally, is my favorite.

There's also C-Login SEO as well.

Those are the main free SEO's out on this site, like I said, YABBSEO is the best, in my opinion, but you can also try the others one's as well. :)
